Terms & Conditions – Payment
1. Booking Confirmation Deposit
* A deposit is required to secure your booking:
* IDR 1,500,000 for tours starting from Juanda International Airport, Surabaya.
* IDR 500,000 for tours starting from Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA).
* The deposit is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once (subject to availability) if notification is given at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
2. Full Payment
* The remaining balance must be settled in cash or via bank transfer at the time of pick-up, before the trip begins.
* Failure to complete payment before departure will result in tour cancellation without refund of the deposit.
3. Payment Methods
* We accept cash (IDR) or bank transfer to our designated company account.
* Payment receipts will be provided for both the deposit and the final payment.
4. Booking Changes & Rescheduling
* Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
* Rescheduling within 7 days of the tour date may incur additional costs depending on hotel and transport arrangements.
5. Cancellations
* Cancellations made by the client will forfeit the deposit.
* In the unlikely event that the tour is canceled by us (e.g., due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions), all payments will be refunded in full.
